"No more shoes, but the friendly staff make great coffee. Outdoor seating is ample along the pedestrian only Cal Ave, you can even play giant chess while listening to classical music from the store."

"Zombie Runner!! The Coco Mocha was sooo good. I finished it too fast in fact. Also pretty strong that if I had to run from zombies, I’m sure I’d be fine :). The staff was super friendly! And they make the drinks very fast. They also sell wholesome bakery vegan goods which is super cool. Used to stay close to one in SF. Great spot!"

"I realized I’ve been in and out of ZombieRunner for years and I’ve never done a review. Clearly they’re doing something right. I kind of miss the quirkiness of their previous location, but it’s still a great place to grab coffee."

"Interesting coffee place with some unique coffee + chai fusion options. Tried Turkish Cappuccino which had little too much overpowering chai flavor and Ginger snap molasses which at the beginning felt very strong herbs flavors but eventually started to taste good. It felt like Ginger snap is something that would be perfect Indian Kadha chai which is to be had either when it's really cold weather or you are down with flu. Will definitely give this a try next time I am down (although I hope that need doesn't arise). One down side, a reasonably priced coffee place that doesn't serve coffee in mugs - didn't quiet get that. I guess the place is still coming up..."
