"Drinks are good. Staff at both locations are mostly courteous but feel very disorganized and mismanaged . Went through drive thru today and the person taking orders must have been new. After clarifying my order for the person multiple times, I was still missing items. I order the same thing every time and there never has been any confusion? Didn’t feel it was worth my time driving back for it. Also never received a receipt so not sure if I was charged correctly or not. Probably better and quicker to get down and order instead of going through drive thru. Opposite experience at pico location. Staff seem slow and distracted when ordering inside and order takes awhile. However, never had bad drive thru experience and service is always quicker."

"Everyone is attending the drive through customers and ignoring the instore customers line. Waiting over 10 minutes to order inside thinking it’ll be quicker than waiting in the drive thru line. Why is no one set at the cashier? Everyone is focused on making the drive through orders. They should hire another person or two, I am sure they can afford it with long lines in the street daily."

"I got there at about 9am on a Wednesday and they were surprisingly busy. There’s a high school right across the street, so the atmosphere in the weekday mornings might not be the best because there’s so many high schoolers there. There’s also a Starbucks nearby and I was bothered by how many kids had Starbucks drinks and were hogging tables. That being said everything cleared up at about 10-10:30ish and even with all the high schoolers there I managed to snag a table to work at. The drinks and food are amazing - no surprise there, my fave is always the tres leches muffin. I tried their strawberry matcha this time and holy moly I’m OBSESSED. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my matcha and the taste but theirs is amazing. I usually order an horchata frappuccino but the coco loco was drawing my attention so I asked the sweet cashier for her opinion and after going back and forth mentally I finally decided to stick with my horchata frap. To my surprise when my name was called she handed me BOTH!! The horchata frap and the coco loco frap and she said “I know you ordered the horchata but I wanted you to be able to try the coco loco so take it on the house” LIKE MISS GURL?! That was the sweetest gesture and truly made my day. It’s the whole reason why I’m writing this review to be completely honest. I’m not sure what others are experiencing but I haven’t had this level of AMAZING customer service in a long time. I’m so sad I didn’t get her name but just know you made my day!!! In summary: The WiFi speed is amazing. The seating that is available is great. The drinks and food quality are just as expected from other locations. And the customer service left me floored and smiling from ear to ear. The only way to make this location better would be by not allowing outside food or drinks! Too many Starbucks kids migrating to Tierra Mia bc it has ample space and seating."

"Tierra mía has always been my favorite since around 2015. It doesnt matter what store I visit the flavor is pretty constant. I usually do get them half flavor because the drinks are a bit to sweet to my taste, but they are just great the way I order them. Their tres leches muffin warmed up is always great, so are the churro muffins. My drinks of preference are alwahs the horchata cold brew, horchata latte, horchata frap and coconut cream frap 😁"

"Love this place!! I truly enjoy how they make their drinks - they always taste sooo good. I their pastries are also great and I love the variety they offer. The staff is nice and happy to answer my questions about the drinks or to share recommendations. I really like going there to study since the atmosphere lets me focus and get my work done. Overall, I really enjoy this place."
