"Had no idea this spot was such a big deal until our son introduced us to it! It’s definitely popular with the younger crowd, there was a pretty long line when we got there, but the vibe is fun. They have a huge menu with so many flavored coffee options and different matcha offerings. We decided to try the Banana Cream Matcha and the Strawberry Cream Matcha. Both were delicious, though heads up, they are very sweet! It’s a really nice place to grab a drink and hang out after church. For parking, there is a lot in the back, otherwise, you can usually find street parking right on Green Street."

"Full of light and seating, this coffee place is a great place to chill with friends, grab a coffee and pastry, or do some work with sweet snacks on the side. I got an earl grey scone and an einspanner to go. It was near 6pm and they have pastries 50% off after 5pm, which is pretty cool. The scone was crumbly and had subtle hints of earl grey flavor. A cute spot to stop by!"

"Danbi matcha actually transformed me. we got the matcha rain and the banana cream matcha half sweetness as a matcha connoisseur who has been drinking matcha for 4 years and have explored matcha cafes in phoenix Boston Shanghai New York Hangzhou Hong Kong I have never had matcha quite like this. The matcha was very smooth and the cream did not overpower the matcha whereas most places struggle with this issue. The matcha stood out in my mouth creating a very explosive experience. Leaving the place left me in tears I genuinely considered maybe LA is the place for me to be near this place"

"Taking a corner space at Pasadena’s residential area, Danbi provided huge well-lit space that could accommodate large crowd yet constantly being full-house throughout the day! It’s kind of mix between people studying, working, and just hanging out or even getting drinks for to-go. It’s impressive that as the day went, the venue was just getting busier and the order line got extended. The pastry case had been almost empty even before noon. They served Stumptown coffee, but I went for their matcha as my first cup from Danbi, knowing they seemed to be most well-known by it. It’s their version of Matcha with Matcha cream top, Matcha Rain. The Matcha Latte itself was so-so IMO, not as intense as I expected when spotting the vibrant green look. Nonetheless, their cream top was maybe one of my heart-winners from a bunch I have tried so far. If I guessed correctly, it seemed to feature cream cheese as there’s cheesy note within the flavor, giving that nice party of sweet and salty taste on the palate."
