"Wow!!! I was utterly impressed by both the quality of the coffee and the exceptional service. If you want to experience truly top-of-the-top coffee, this is the place to go. The roasting is masterfully done, and for brewing they use Paragon and Hario Switch—proof of their meticulous attention to detail. I haven’t had pour-overs this perfect anywhere in the US. The flavors were spot-on, and I can’t wait to come back!"
