"Let me start by saying: Just Baked makes the best cakes I have ever tasted in my life — truly unmatched. My husband would wholeheartedly agree! Before we got married, we stopped by to sample a few of their baked goods, and from that moment on, we knew our wedding cake had to be from Just Baked. The quality, flavor, and value are exceptional. We ordered a smaller “personal cake” for ourselves and for cake-cutting photos, and my only regret is not hiring a professional cake-cutting service and ordering an even bigger cake so every guest could experience how incredible it was. And it’s not just the cake — their cookies, brownies, and macarons are every bit as delicious. We genuinely haven’t found anything there that isn’t amazing. We loved and found it was so thoughtful that a box of baked goods with cute notes from the Just Baked staff was left in my bridal suite at the end of the night to ensure we got to try everything! "I’ve lived in Paris, London, New York City, and Los Angeles — some of the most well-known food cities in the world — so I don’t say this lightly: Just Baked is exceptional. Paso Robles may have a small-town feel, but the quality coming out of this bakery is what you’d expect to find in a great Manhattan spot. Everything we’ve had here has been incredible. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. We have relatives in the area and get to visit about once a year, and this place is always a must-stop for us. We live in Europe now, surrounded by great food, and Just Baked still stands out. A true gem in Paso Robles."

"Unbelievable! I am celiac, and they have a wonderful variety of gluten free items in addition to regular items. My husband said the cinnamon roll has changed his life. But the cookies and cupcakes are off the hook as well. They do beautiful wedding cakes. And it’s so fun and festive in the bakery. Highly recommend!"

"Sorry, don’t see why this place has high reviews. It’s an average bakery with tacky decor. We ordered an apple turnover and quiche, they asked if we wanted it heated, which we did, and they microwaved it. You should never microwave pastry or bread unless you want it rubbery and tough. So, not surprisingly the items were rubbery and tough. The quiche was salty and the apple turnover had way too much sugar on top. 🤮"

"They are amazingly decorated and ready for Halloween. The 2 ladies behind the counter were hard working, provided great service and were kind. The 3 of us ordered all different things and all the food was amazing. Enjoyed the atmosphere and coffee!"
