"I paid cash and wasn’t offered a receipt. Then they forgot about my order and a worker who noticed me said “maybe they forgot or maybe they did make it but someone else took it”. Did not offer a refund or apologize and I was running late. Also I was standing right in front no body called my name or ordered an avocado veggie sandwich at 8:15 in the morning lol. As seen in the photo— the amount of cream cheese they put was basically nothing and they didn’t add any to the bottom. Again I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but the avocado was literally rotten. I tried calling them as I was just there this morning and no one picked up the phone. I’m at work now and can’t go back before they close at 2 and I don’t have a way to prove I even got anything without a receipt or credit card."

"Went to get delivery pick up and all the computers were off already. Taking no more orders. I ask the man behind the counter if I show him the order can he make it and I’ll pay with card. He says nope. No eggs and everything is cleaned up. Lazy with a terrible attitude This was at 1:30 on a Sunday. They don’t close until 2. That’s some awesome customer service. But it’s always bad there"

"Randomly stopped by because there was a line out the doors. I got the lemonade, ice vanilla latte, lox bagel sandwich and the pizza bagel (pizza bagel was aiight) the lox was amazing. Give this place a 10/10 you won't regret it."
