"We have a problem here. We stopped on Monday afternoon, July 17, and got a delicious blended mocha with peppermint. It tasted great and the barista was friendly. Unfortunately, as my husband drank it, he found pieces of what looked like shredded white plastic or paper and wires that looked like part of a staple. This was our first time here and it makes us hesitant to come again. Upon closer inspection, it looks like a twist tie got into your blender. Over a month has passed since I posted this, and still no response from the owner."

After waiting 15+ minutes we received our drinks. Both taste of burnt espresso and they forgot to add vanilla/sweetener. They were unpalatable. Bad coffee is sometimes forgivable but customer service that poor, is not."
