"Finally, I got to try Easy Egg Cafe, and it was pretty good. The food was nice and fresh. Everyone I went with enjoyed their food items. The service is pretty speedy. Atmosphere is nothing special. I personally ordered the Croissant Turkey sandwich, and it was pretty good next time. I definitely will be ordering the eggs benedict, though. I guess I'm just underwhelmed because this restaurant has such a big hype in the AV, and it is good. But it's not as hyped up as people make it to be."

"Update. Here today, the server just ignored us to take the order or give us at least drinks for over 10 minutes serving other people who came after us one after another. Rude, unprofessional. I don’t recommend to come here if you don’t want to be ignored by the waitress. Food is good. Always fresh and delicious, but the price after the cafe was burnt out increased significantly. The service is good however sometimes there is a line there to eat. I like their pancakes. The eggs are good but they should not cooked them to the golden crust since it is not good for health. Overall it is really good place for breakfast. I definitely recommend this place."

"Where do I start!?!?! Their gravy is amazing!!! I've had it on the Loaded Breakfast Burrito with sausage, bacon, ham, hashbrowns, eggs, cheese, and that delicious gravy. Scrumptious breakfast sandwiches with more gravy. Their burgers for lunch are delicious as well. Great service, great food, and the menu has something for everyone... today for my kids bday we had the Quartz Hill Burrito and the Country omelet and they were both delicious. Still a great place to get an amazing breakfast here in Quartz Hill."

"First time I've been to Easy Egg. A few coworkers and I went after work this morning. We were the first through the door. I ordered the blueberry french toast. It was very good and had great plate presentation. Also our waitress was attentive and pleasant as well. I'll definitely be coming back."
