"I come to this local shop almost every day pretty early 6:30-7 and always have an amazing experience. People are so bitter in these reviews about the change, I personally never had a good experience at sagebrush and have a consistently good experience with Trio. Good espresso and nice employees, don’t expect fast food timing for a local shop with two employees working."

"I love this spot so much, it has the best matcha in town! My favorite drink is the dirty matcha. I always have such a good experience when I go and the workers are so kind every single time. Parking is kinda stressful but the drinks are worth it! They also are always changing their holiday menu which keeps it so fun. Every time I have friends visit from out of town I take them here and they love it!"

"i have gone here numerous times and have always had good service and delicious drinks. i will say, there coffee has improved as the months have gone on. my personal favorite is an iced spanish latte with oat milk. i honestly prefer trio to the prior establishment that was here. i am a person who makes my own coffee at home via grinding my own roasts and extracting through a manual espresso machine. id say this place, coffee wise, is one of the better places in the AV as you can actually taste the flavor notes of the coffee and the oat milk is creamy. the recipes have improved, people need to stop being so bitter! if you want your drink less sweet just ask! overall, wonderful coffee!"

"Customer service was bad. I use to LOVE the Palmdale location but ever since they added the Quartz Hill location, everything seemed to change. I ordered the pistachio latte at the QH location and could not drink it because it was too salty. I asked if they could remake it and they said they were going to charge me. So I asked if they can take the foam off and just add another foam so they wouldn’t have to remake the whole thing. Again, still would have to charge me. I then just decided to keep my drink and give it to my husband but he didn’t even want it 😢. I miss Sagebrush and all the charm and welcoming feel it had. I live closer to Trio but will drive 20 min to Amate because they have amazing coffee and the heart to serve their customers."

"Lacks the uniqueness of the prior establishment. My vanilla iced latte was meh. The chocolate cupcake was similarly bland. The connection to the Quartz Hill community is not there. National chain coffee places have more pizazz and personality. There are no seasonal drinks. I don’t want to think about what to have them make- I want it on the menu ."
