"BEWARE!!! I had the same experience as the person who posted 2 weeks ago I called on Monday because the Google reviews were great, so I decided to give this company a chance. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Communication was poor from the start. The person who assisted me barely spoke English, and while I tried to be respectful and patient, it made everything harder than it needed to be. I kept asking when he could come out. I didn’t get a clear answer until he called me on Tuesday, telling me he would come on Thursday. Even then, I repeatedly asked for a time and kept getting vague responses. The morning of the appointment, he finally said he would arrive “in the afternoon.” I canceled my appointments and cleared my schedule, just to be available. I waited over 6 hours with no updates, no professionalism, and no respect for my time. When I reached out, his response was that it would be “better if I take it into the shop.” That should have been explained from the beginning instead of wasting my entire day. This was extremely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. If you value your time and want to be treated like a real customer, I do not recommend using this company. Update 01/30/2026: I need to clarify a few things because your reply leaves out the main issue. The problem was not whether my Rocket R58 should be serviced in a shop or at home — the problem was the complete lack of communication and respect for my time. From the beginning, I repeatedly asked for a clear appointment time and received only vague answers. On the day of service, I was told only “the afternoon,” so I canceled my own appointments and cleared my schedule to be available. After waiting more than six hours with no updates, no arrival, and no professionalism, I was then told it would be “better to bring it into the shop.” If that was your recommendation, it should have been explained upfront rather than after wasting an entire day. Your response suggests I “decided to cancel,” but it ignores the fact that I had already waited for hours without any clear scheduling or courtesy communication. Customers deserve transparency, accurate time windows, and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I stand by my review."
