from Google & Yelp"Walked in. Small and clean location. I walked up to counter. Older lady approached me. I pointed out a donut I've never seen and asked what it was. No response. I asked again and pointed at it. I looked over the counter and she just put her head down. So I walked over to cashier and all of a sudden the older lady spoke English and asked which one? So I pointed again. She just bagged it and took it to cashier and charged me $2.95. I looked around to see if other person could help. She asked if I wanted coffee and I said no coffee. I wanted to know what kind of donut it was. She finally tells me it's cherry. I thanked her and went to look at the other donuts. Upset she took her cherry donut to out back. I selected a bear claw. And she says are you sure? Yes. She pushes coffee and I said no again. It's still $2.95 the bear claw is smaller compared to other shops. And there's barely any filling. Not impressed. - I ate it as I drove and thought of pic to show the tiny toes when only 2 were left."
"By far my favorite donut shop, no one comes close! 11/10 donuts, extremely kind owners who have been here for decades, and always a great selection. They have blueberry donuts (only on weekends) that are genuinely some of my favorite pastries on the planet! Their old fashioned donuts, cake donuts with sprinkles, and any ‘Maple’ variant that they have is incredible. As are their apple fritters and ‘crumb’ donuts! They also have some delicious croissant sandwich options if you’re not feeling donuts which is nice, and coffee of course. Shoutout to Jax! My personal favorite donut shop on Earth. I have traveled the world in search of Blueberry donuts that compare and no one comes close! Thank you guys so much for blessing us with incredible treats."
"It could be slightly more organized but besides that everything about it was wonderful they had very good donuts and their cream cheese croissant was delicious the staff was very friendly as well I will definitely be coming back for more."
"Terrible raw overpriced donuts. I only came here because k&m donuts on lemon st. Was closed due to a family emergency. I wich I had remembered about Alebrije panadería next door because Jax donuts are terrible. I was charged $20 even for mixed dozen. The owner punched in $20 into register not the 18.99 it says on sign, I guess she decided to round up. We also had to throw out the jelly filled because they were Raw. The owner is very rude & apparently dishonest. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere. Even Albertsons has better donuts at half the price. K&m has the most delicious donuts at about $16. I would definitely never go back to Jax even if it is a bit closer to my house"
"Good local place. Selection less then 5-9 years ago but top notched quality"
"I came in not expecting too too much since it's a new place, so I'll cut them some slack. However, walking in, I see some dead bugs on the windowsill and 2..."
