"I've been coming here for over 10 years. Coffee is great, people are friendly, atmosphere is pleasant. Every time I walk in, I can't help but think about a dozen different counter layouts for them to improve their operational efficiency. I love this place. Really. But it's so painful to see 2-3 staff squeezed into a little corner of their bar trying to frantically make drinks for their patrons that patiently wait longer than they have to. They have a beautiful espresso machine, should probably buy a second one to actually service the volume of customers they get... The line is always way too long .. And you have to wait even longer for them to make the drink. They could improve their workspace so it's easier for them to make drinks more efficiently... One can only dream The hack is to use their dated 90s era UI al mobile app to place the order in advance. Then you can skip the line. Looking forward to coming back for the next 10 years, with sincere appreciation, patient waiting."

"Grabbed some coffee after a filling lunch with my mom. Parking: Free parking lot with plenty of spots. Ambiance/Environment: Love the outdoor decor. Very farm-like and woodsy. They have an outdoor seating area under the shade. They also have a small indoor space with limited seating. It’s cozy & studious. It was pretty busy when we visited in the afternoon. Service: We didn’t catch anyone’s names, but the cashiers that took our orders were quick & efficient. Drinks: 1) Matcha Latte - My mom ordered this. Their matcha contains Rishi sweet matcha and oat milk. We thought it was okay. We couldn’t really taste the matcha. It was too light and watered down. I didn’t have high hopes for this anyway. 2) Creme Brûlée Latte - I ordered this bc it was their most popular. If you like sweet specialty drinks like me, then you’ll definitely enjoy this. It had vanilla and caramel. It was definitely on the sweeter end, but I enjoyed this. Pricing: We both ordered a large. Prices are on the higher end. Skip the matcha. I’d visit every once in a while for a treat."

"My jalapeño popper cheddar sandwich was so delicious and piping hot which I enjoy. Their coffee is amazing and extremely tasty because it tastes like freshly ground coffee! Very good customer service; every single employee has a smile on their face and is genuinely friendly and nice every single time I come in. The atmosphere, music and vibes are immaculate. I’ll forever be a loyal customer. :)"

"I love Klatch coffee! This place is always so clean, dog friendly and the staff is so nice. They have tables outside for you to sit comfortably with your pets it's perfect. The coffee is always perfect!"

"Excellent coffee. Their pour overs are done via a machine but the machine is super fancy so it emulates the pour pattern of a human just fine. They offer a few different beans for pour over at market rates so there are options ranging from super affordable to super fancy and exquisite. The pour over device they use is the Bee House but sometimes they’ll bust out the Kalita Wave for certain bean types. On a separate occasion, I ordered a double espresso and their espresso smells and tastes fantastic. This coffee shop is a great addition to the neighborhood!"
