"I honestly prefer this spot over Starbucks or Dutch Bros. It has such a unique vibe, with two floors that mix together in a really cool way. I’ve never tried this shop before, but it immediately stood out. The staff was super sweet and welcoming, and the whole place felt alive and clean. My latte with an extra espresso shot came out to about $10, which I’d say is still pretty affordable considering the quality and fast service. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth coming back."

"Stopped in on Christmas Eve while visiting for the holidays after hearing this was one of “Redding’s best.” Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The barista (tall male with a beanie) had a terrible attitude and didn’t seem to care. I watched him dump part of my iced latte down the drain and replace it with whole milk—even though I ordered oat. What I got was basically flavored milk at an $8 price tag. Anyone who drinks lattes regularly can clearly see from my photo this was very portly made. Didn’t bother asking for a remake due to the attitude and time constraints. Won’t be back or recommending this place. Only received an extra star because the cashier was very nice and friendly. Go to Heritage coffee instead."

"My husband and I visited Theory back in May/June from out of state. We originally planned to get coffee from all of the local coffee shops since we were in Redding for a week. We ended up only going to Theory Coffee because the coffee and treats were amazing. Maybe #1 on our list? Plus the staff were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Periodically, we will order their beans from online and they still uphold great flavor."
