"The Baker’s Drive-Thru off Acasia in Rialto is the chosen one of Baker’s locations. I don’t know what kind of magical intersection of good management, fresh ingredients, and pure cosmic luck is happening here, but every visit feels like I rolled a natural 20 on a fast-food check. The drive-thru is fast — like, “did they have my order ready before I even ordered?” fast. The food comes out hot, fresh, and so good it makes me question every life choice that led me to ever eat anywhere else. And the staff? Absolute legends. Friendly, efficient, and somehow always in a good mood. At this point, I’m convinced they run on positivity and bean & cheese burritos. If you want a Baker’s experience that makes you say, “Wow, maybe humanity can get it together,” this is the spot. Easily the best Baker’s in the area and probably the one I’ll keep coming back to until they gently ask me to stop leaving 5-star reviews."

"Amazing experience! Seven and the lead cooks in the back were nice enough to let us change our order and were very sweet about it. 5/5 other places wouldn’t have done the same!"

"We normally love baker’s and willing to pay a bit more for burritos &burgers than del taco and McDonald because normally bakers is few standards higher usually the food tastes more homemade and is handled with a bit more care than just left under warmers and normally customer service is much better. Tonight was aweful!!, the cashier seemed like she was eating poison and acted as if she was mistreated, she was very cold and not helpful. You wouldn’t know she was compensated for her duties. We asked for help with the menu and specials because lighting was bad at drive thru and all she cared about was her time and us leaving and we couldn’t read menu that well and she didn’t help. When asked for prices of the items she closed window in our face. It seemed as she hated her job and bakers mistreats their employees because it is passing on to the customers. Fries were raw and cold food was squished and burritos were ripped from handled roughly. Food was stuffed in one bag without napkins or condiments and was practically thrown at us in a ripped bag.we were VERY DISAPPOINTED. I Should’ve gotten frozen burritos from 711 or burgers from ampm if it was going to be like that."

"We bought the family pack and box of French fries with 4 medium drinks. 2 lemonade and 2 ice teas. When my granddaughter drank the lemonade her stomach started hurting. Meanwhile my other granddaughter drank hers and said it was terrible. So I tasted the lemonade myself and it also tasted terrible too me. The food we ordered was very cold. The supervisor at this Baker’s need to inspect what they are serving. I retired as a lead person for Rialto school district and I am going to report and call the health inspectors to agree with the person who also wrote a review of this same Baker’s because of the health of my grandchildren."

"Since customer service didn't want to respond regarding DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, I'll make it here. If you have any dietary restrictions like high blood pressure, or even allergens, BE CAREFUL. The workers do NOT care about that. They still serve what you ask not to include such as salt. As simple as it is, you can’t play people’s health. (Yes even if it’s obviously fast food)."
