"I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I finally did after my sister has been raving about it. This first experience left a bad taste in my mouth and although it didn't affect directly, it made me feel bad for a customer. First, the coffee is okay, not the best roast I've had so far. Second, the atmosphere is good and there is plenty seating if it's not busy. Third and lastly, receiving drinks can be very confusing. They either called out your drinks by name or by the name of the drink which a hundred other people have ordered. We almost took other people's drinks and vice versa. This is what I witnessed because of that. An elderly black man ordered a simple coffee and was waiting for a bit. He wasn't disturbing anyone or causing any trouble. He was patient. Again, because these baristas don't really call out names for orders, he mistakenly almost picked up someone's coffee order and when he did that, I'm assuming the owner of the coffee shop who was wearing a green knit poncho immediately raised her voice at him and said "That's decaf with half and half, yours is not half and half!". I was immediately appalled. I hope she remembers that encounter as much as I do and feels bad about it because I do. The owner and the baristas have so much attitude here. I get that owning a store and working in the food service is tough but there's no need to be rude to people who are trying to support your business, especially if they're just trying to get a cup of coffee."
