What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"My family loves this establishment and told me how special it was. We asked to sit at the counter for the diner experience and were stoked to be sitting to see all of the action. We were lucky enough to have Star as our server, worth requesting her service, she was special smiley attentive and exceeded all expectations. Paloma the manager on duty and team had exceptional execution and displayed happy attitudes and high standards the entire time. Paloma and members of the team even performed a dance together when I complimented their service style... We left completely blown away, satisfied and wowed by the hospitality here, as if we were eating at home with our own family. This is a special restaurant and Paloma and Star are wonderful additions to your team. There were many others that were in the kitchen and front of house working hard to make the place run at a high level. It was very impressive and unforgettable. Thank you for keeping a high standard with performance and attitude here, it's now one of my favorite spots to dine when I visit! Cya next time."
"I had a friend tell me this place serves an English breakfast, which is one of my favorites, so I had to check it out. They call it the Winston Churchill and it was really, really good. They provide several options including hash browns or house potatoes, and I opted for the house potatoes made O'Brien Style with onions and bell peppers. You can get a half broiled tomato or tomato slices, and toast or fried bread. I opted for the half tomato and fried bread. It was all delicious! My friend had the chorizo and eggs with biscuits and gravy, and the gravy was delicious. We'll definitely be back! I'm Scottish American so I'm hoping eventually they will offer a full Scottish which is similar to an English breakfast but includes black pudding... one of my all-time favorites. For a birthdays they really do a song and dance which was a lot of fun. Occasionally they break out in song and dance for no reason, so it's a very lively atmosphere. If you haven't been you definitely need to. You won't be disappointed."
"Annie’s Cafe is the newest restaurant to open in southeast Riverside on Valley Springs Parkway - just east of the 215 freeway and south of the 60 freeway (bordering Riverside and Moreno Valley). It is located in the building that used to occupy Hooter’s so the layout is very spacious and open. I came out here for breakfast with a small group. We were greeted at the door and immediately shown to our table. Annie’s Cafe has an extensive menu offering not just breakfast items but also brunch and lunch items. For breakfast, I ordered a Hobo Skillet, which has a little bit of everything mixed with scrambled eggs. It came with a side of biscuits. My skillet was a little heavy on the potatoes and too easy on the bacon, ham and sausage. I wish it were a little more balanced. I ordered a Coffee Cake to go and it was good. The atmosphere was lively for a Saturday morning and we were entertained by the staff dancing to Justin Timberlake’s “Can’t Stop the Feeling”. I’m not sure if they dance everyday or every weekend or since they recently opened up but it definitely made for a unique experience. The service was okay. They got one of party’s order wrong so she got her food a little later than everyone else’s. And the first server brought out the wrong food items. They must have mixed us up with another table. A little mishap but I’m sure it’s because they’re still working out the new business kinks. Overall, the food was good and we liked the big open space to enjoy our breakfast. I’d like to come back and try their chilaquiles next time,"
"This is a fantastic spot to dine, offering quick service, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere. My server, Roman, was the best. He had great suggestions and the best attitude ever. I couldnt ask for better service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice and clean establishment with great organization. We had funnel cake, French toast stuffed with strawberries and whipped cream. Hobo skillet, gravy, and biscuit. The biscuit was so fluffy and buttery, and the gravy was so flavorful with perfect consistency. You didn't need to add salt or pepper to the food. And we had creme brulee and English toffee coffee with whipped cream soo good. Definitely will be back 10/10!"
"Diners are my weakness! So when this opened up, I had to go try it out. Hooters used to be in this building, so glad a diner came in to take over the place. I went on a weekday and it wasn’t busy so we got seated right away. Our waitress was very nice and attentive! Everything we ordered was delicious! From the chilaquiles to the coffee! I’m so glad that I came and tried this diner! I’ll be coming here often when visiting my fam!"
"The service was great Breana attended us really well. She kept checking in on us to make sure everything was okay 10/10 !"
