"Beignets were excellent. They were lightly crisp on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. They were hot, right out of the fryer. They were properly dusted with powdered sugar, so that it was just enough all over my hands, face, and clothes. Also, the COFFEE IS GOOD. That just feels rare these days so I had to yell. Fair price, clean house, friendly staff, really pleasant place to sit. Not too loud (again, rare these days). I'm glad they landed here in Riverside.
