from Google & Yelp"So glad a friend recommended this place. Super dog friendly, they have dog treats, pup cups, etc. Walkable area, friendly staff, delicious interesting little pastries, amazing drinks!! Wish the seating was a bit more comfortable/homie, and more hot drink options. Thats me digging deep for constructive critique though! We’ve tried the banana pudding matcha (creamy, well balanced sweetness doesn’t taste like any artificial sweeteners), and the double matcha (light sweetness). I spent some time in Japan, and would say so far this is the best matcha in the area for sure."
"Ordered: Melon Matcha & Banana Pudding Latte Their drinks are so amazing. Their foam is so full of flavor! We really want to come back to try the other drinks. The pastries were okay, a bit dense for our liking but still yummy."
"Went on a Saturday afternoon cafe was mostly full with people sitting at table but we were the only ones ordering at the time. Staff varies from simply polite to nice and friendly. They gave us our baked goods immediately upon purchase and we got our 4 drinks in less than 10 minutes. The regular matcha is good but I recommend the double matcha, it has a stronger matcha taste and has a thicker consistency. The double pumpkin latte was good and the hojicha latte was ok. The korean yam latte was ok. The matcha Japanese cheesecake and pumpkin cream cheese muffin were ok. Parking is not easy to find depending what time of day and day you go."
"I loved that they had a Christmas tree and couches to sit next to it. They also had an acoustic guitar for anyone to play, which was pretty cool. Coffee was delicious but not many options for sugar free. The guy working the register was welcoming and friendly, however, the barista was not. She had a whole nasty vibe to her. I asked for cinnamon in my coffee, so when it didn’t have any, I asked her for some and she seemed like I was asking her to do something outrageous, had attitude and just didn’t seem like she’d had her cup of coffee yet. My grandson also spilled my coffee and when my daughter asked for napkins, she seemed very bothered by being asked for anything. I understand she’s making the coffee, but a lil bit of customer service would go a long way. The bathrooms were also dirty and don’t seem like they have ever been cleaned. All in all, I wouldn’t mind getting coffee here again, but I’d prefer to go somewhere else that doesn’t seem to be bothered by their customers."
"Parking taken up in lot in afternoon so make due with street on 2nd St. Corndog latte best new flavor for me, reminds me of the Asian corn chips or candy. The espresso was decent (my taste is toward strong espresso) but pleasantly surprised any coffee flavor at all because I've been to too many coffee shops with lattes overshadowed by milk or with an acidic grind. Friendliest service. Great atmosphere, so much space/seating from bout 10 large tables with 4 seats, scattered 2 seat tables, a bench along a wall, little stool tables, a couple outdoor... plus a sorta cushion corner for kids. I imagine this place is awesome for the Bible study or large gatherings. I'll need to try a canele which don't think I saw any in the afternoon. Settled for a financier, which is like a cake in twinkie size. Honestly love the vibes from a place saying they opened up to help dogs. And the merch & even the food packaging is too cute for a place that opened this year. Hope they last."
"I have been on a serious kick with trying new coffee shops, and Stray Dogs is definitely a new favorite! There is a small parking lot behind the building..."
