"I always get my coffee hot not iced so I feel like my reviews are mostly for hot coffee. I ordered a honey cinnamon latte hot and it was delicious! I ordered two lemonades, one cherry and one regular; both were excellent! The shop was very clean and nicely decorated. Customer service was excellent! I would definitely recommend and would come back if I’m in the area."

"Cute little shop with an earthy, simple vibe, but sadly my experience was disappointing. My order took 30 minutes, one drink was completely forgotten, and when I asked for light ice, the barista got an attitude and the drinks still came full of ice. The worst part—my daughter’s cookie had a long strand of hair baked inside. I tried calling the shop but couldn’t get through. Really wanted to love this place, but the service and quality control need serious improvement."
