The vibe inside is clean and cozy, perfect for grabbing coffee and a bite in the morning. Definitely one of my go-to spots!"

"Gave it a second chance. Same problems…super slow service. Dinning area is filthy. Order wasn’t toasted and I couldn’t spare another 40 mins wait to have it redone. Understaffing is not the problem."

"Went today around 10:15 and wasn't too busy ordered a bacon, avocado, and tomato on a plain and wasn't told until after I purchased that they were out of plain, so it was substituted with a gourmet roll. Finally got home and opened up to eat it and it was completely missing the avocado, really frustrated because I paid extra for it and overall the bagel was not that good. Will be sticking to small businesses from now on."
