"I visited the coffee shop for an espresso. They served their roasted Ethiopian and Guatemala blend. The espresso was nicely balanced and had not sharp bitterness. It was smooth to drink. It had more darker roast tasted, but was most probably a medium roast. It had more Latin America beans taste than Ethiopian. It was bit more on the bitter side than sweet and floral although it had these flavors, too. I can imagine this working in any milk based coffee drink perfectly and bit less as espresso on its own which is very usual choice by coffee shops serving one roast at the time. This is artistry west coast style coffee shop, not Italian style. The service was very quick and very polite. There wasn't a queue on the Saturday that I visited. They had good area for sitting inside and enjoying your drink, work or have a conversation. Extra bonus for the espresso: they provided a full bottle of quality sparkling bottle with the espresso!"

"Wonderful new coffee shop in Rocklin. The owner is very nice, and even sent us home with a sample bag of some fresh roasted beans! They have a nice mix of seating areas - comfy chairs, bar seating and tables. The music is quietly playing in the background so it’s easy to have conversations, read a book, or get some work done. Free WiFi that seems zippy. If you have a kiddo with you, they have a sandwich board art station so they can draw, scribble, play. The maple pecan scone was out of this world - made in a local lady’s kitchen. They feature a local artist every few months to help support the community. I LOVE the beautiful mural on the wall painted by Sydney Rae - a serene mountain lake scene. Come check it out!"

"This place is perfect for a real cup of coffee. What a gem for Rocklin. I love that their menu is simple with clean products not overdone by syrups and sugar. You do not need it because the roast itself is tasty. You can set up at a table and work in peace. I ordered the iced vanilla latte & a to-go growler for my coffee this week. The little touches like the kids art easel and the monthly art installation by local artist only add to their charm. Their staff is very friendly as well."

"A great, brand new coffee shop. Iced mocha was superb, drip coffee better than average. The pastry offering is still minimal, which is common for new coffee places. No cushions on most of the seats, but it's quiet and neat."

"This place just opened. I ordered my standard drink, a cappuccino. The coffee was smooth, and not too acidic. I really liked the taste of my cappuccino. I even bought a bag of coffee for home. Glad to have this addition to Rocklin coffee scene."
