Then he asked if I wanted hot water… what am I supposed to do with that? He even checked the soup’s temperature but instead of apologizing, he responded sarcastically. As you can see, the noodles were still hard. Very disappointed with the experience."

"We had breakfast there on 9/16/25. Initially, the service we received was okay, but then when they brought our our food, they screwed it up that the extra side I ordered, was placed in my companions plate. They had the audacity to tell me that I should scoop out my share of the side out of my companion's plate! When I dared to ask if the side in my companion's plate equate to two orders of it, the wait staff gave me major attitude!! Absolutely unacceptable behavior. We will never ever dine there again!"
"Very lousy service. It took almost an hour for 2 sandwich orders. Not only once but 3 experiences. It seems that they are doing this in purpose. Their excuse is prioritizing soup orders and short of staff. They should serve on a first come first serve basis. My no. one concern is the staff are very rude."
