The waitress was dressed in something lacy and somewhat inappropriate for a cafe. It was 9 a.m. and I think they had cocktails but no breakfast. I felt like I had walked into a cafe that was a "front" for a prostitution ring! Seriously... I'm not joking! Was going to inform the local law enforcement but decided not to."
