"I had an uncomfortable experience using the drive thru at this location. The drive thru was extremely slow. I ordered my drink and asked for light ice. When I got to the window and handed over my card, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which made me feel pressured and put on the spot. Tipping should never feel obligatory, especially in a drive thru setting. After declining, I received a drink that was filled with ice from top to bottom, completely ignoring my request, and the drink itself tasted terrible. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and left a bad impression."
"We got some cream frozen mango thingama do hicker. Overall it was pretty delicious, really popped some zip into my step. The wifey ended up getting some caramel coffee iced milk oat milk for the hint of caramel on the side of the oat milk. The service was very nice, three wonderful young ladies working, and the AC here was very very delicious. Overall the surface is great! Everyone here deserves a raise."

"UPDATE: 2 YEARS LATER: This Biggby needs to shape the hell up. The service has gotten slow, sometimes taking 40 minutes in the drive-thru. Inside isn't better. There is one worker with olive skin and black hair who is always giving 200% effort to keep up with orders. She deserves a raise and a promotion. The last time I got food here, one of the bagels was so burnt, it was CHARRED AND BLACK. The other 3 were slightly burnt, and all 4 had almost no cream cheese on them (see photo). I don't pay the high prices for food like that. *-----*-----*-----*-----*-----*-----*----* 2021 review: I'm growing to love this Biggby. The baristas are always friendly and pleasant, and my order is always tasty!"
