"What a wonderful establishment gem of a cafe! The owner is always such a pleasure to be served by and is always welcoming and nice to me. I've loved everything I've had here and the ube they have is just incredible and will have me coming back weekly if not more. Great milk tea selection as well, and overall every dollar I spend here feels like it was just turned into pure love and enjoyment the second they're done making my order! (Which never takes long at all to be finished). Will recommend to anybody I know in the area and make sure they have some of these sweet delicacies for themselves!"

"First time going tonight. Enjoyed my upside down halo, halo. Ube truffle was delicious! The Turon pop tart would have been best served hot or warm. We also tried Hibiscus Calamansi, Ube Milkshake, The Rosie and the green Rose tea and Ube cashew brownie. All delicious! Worth a visit!"

"Its my ube place to be. New location opened up in Roseville, Ca. I love cafe 86. If I'm craving for ube pastries, this is my ube place to be. I always order ube truffles and Jasmine Calamansi drink. My mom loves the ube matcha and my son likes the Milo cupcakes. I recommend this place for any ube sweet cravings. We have the ube cheesecake, ube cake, ube truffles and milo cupcake. All of these are so good."

"Where do I start? Such an underwhelming experience for the baked goods and cool treats. Let me start with the ube “halo-halo”. It shouldn’t even be called that because its basically a slush. Halo-halo should have shaved ice. It also doesn’t contain any of the ingredients in a legit halo-halo except for nata de coco maybe? No beans, sweet bananas, all the good stuff. There were boba pearls but ugh…uncooked, no flavor and in clusters! If you want a legit halo-halo, PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My friend ordered the other variation with brown sugar slush. He had a headache and barely finished a quarter of the cup as it was TOO SWEET he said. I got ube crinkles for $4 something??? Ube bars for $5.95 and the ube cupcake with the flan for $5 something too. This is where I said I’ll never go back to this place. WAY TOO OVERPRICED for cheaply baked goods. And mind you, its not baked in-house as well. Service was TOO SLOW and sloppy. Customers already grew tired of waiting for their orders, you can see the disappointment on their faces. Should’ve listened when my friend told me about their experience here, but I also wanna try for myself before forming my opinion. So yeah, I don’t recommend this place to anyone I know."

"I had the Dragonberry Calamansi Cooler and it was amazing. The staff are very helpful and I will be going back."
