"3.5 stars since I think service could be better, but the food and drinks were excellent! We were going in for 99 Ranch and noticed Smoking Tiger was open. Decided to stop by for some drinks and check it out. Parking is easy in the plaza, the places is clean and has a pleasant layout with tables and bench seating. The giant ac/air unit in the middle of the room was a bit annoying, but I guess you do what you gotta do. Not pictured but I love their banana bread. It’s was moist and flavorful. Not overly sweet. Their main menu is posted on the tv’s and their seasonal rotating menu is by the cashier. We didn’t know they had the seasonal until we were just about to order. Prices are fair, although I wish the drink size upcharge and milk substitutes were more clearly visible, not in bottom right corner of the menu and small. Staff/service is meh to be honest. The person taking our order kinda just stood by iPad and didn’t say anything until I asked if I could order. No greeting whatsoever, no offer to explain the menu or ask is if we had any questions. Drinks were really good though. Tried the jeju matcha latte. Not overly sweet and you can really taste the matcha. Smokin’ Spaniard was also delicious. I love the strong coffee flavor. I’m always hesitant that drinks like that would be overly sweetened where you lose the coffee flavor. This didn’t disappoint. Got a peach sparkling drink. Nice and refreshing, though the bits of peaches were just too big and downstairs work with their straws. I would definitely come back and get their drinks again, it’s a nice place on the outside of the ranch plaza with delicious drinks."

"Tried out Smoking Tiger Coffee Lab and it was a nice spot with plenty of seating and good ambiance. The merch was super cute and there were a variety of baked goods and grab and go items. I ordered the strawberry matcha and sweet corn latte. I’m not a huge coffee drinker but the sweet corn latte seemed like something new and different. The strawberry matcha was just okay. A little bit on the watery side and the strawberry flavor wasn’t very strong."

"Love this cafe! The vibe is super chill and it’s such a nice place to hang out with friends or just unwind. They’ve got a really good selection of drinks and breads — everything is so amazing. I tried their new castella recently pairs perfectly with a hot latte! The perfect little dessert to end the night."

"What a nice surprise the ST turned out to be. I ordered a hot latte with no added syrup (Vanilla etc). I was also given the option of Choosing between 4 different roasts, one being decaf. I removed the strongest fearing bitter and chose the weakest for a delicious latte. No one was in the store but the two barista each took their time with the milk and the pour. I appreciated being able to Chose my roast. Great cup, great service."
