I thought they were so cool and alternative with their community bulletin boards and quirky employee-made signs. This cafe is just like those places. It was like stepping back in time and I liked it. Decent egg salad sandwich. Interesting cold brew drinks. Strong wifi. Clean bathroom. Tons of tables."

You can definitely tell this coffee shop has been around since 1982—the interior has an old-school vibe that feels like a step back in time. The coffee was pretty good, and the turkey croissant sandwich we had was delicious. However, the coffee cake was pretty dry and not the best. If you’re looking for a modern, trendy coffee shop with all the latest aesthetics, this isn’t it.
