"Good customer service, and all the employees are kind , respectful, and helpful. They are always willing to listen, and help the customers get better service. They treat everybody equally, and respectfully regardless, and they really enjoy their jobs, so that is why no wrong orders or complaints at all. They are located in Hawe Ave, Sacramento, CA. The location is not big , but has pretty much decent capacity for customers who are willing to dine in. Yes ! A big applaud for their cleanliness, and hygiene work, and they do take care of their customers’ health by keeping everything clean, also this place is well decorated as well. They offer different types of services dining in, to go , and delivery which like most other food chain restaurants or regular coffee shops. In addition, the prices are pretty much decent for the different types of drinks you order, also California is getting expensive, so nothing is cheap anymore. One thing about this location really caught my attention that the quality of their ingredients, and products are really good, and fresh, so the quality of drinks , and food is good. They are wheelchair accessible, and friendly, but the seats are not comfortable for a bodily disabled individual, so use your own accommodations. The parking is big, and you can easily find parking spots including handicapped areas. My experience was good , and I got my favorite drink with extra ingredients, also they do listen to customers concerns, and take care of them, so I will definitely return, and will definitely recommend. "Been coming here for years. It is simple as it gets. I recommend this place. Cheese sticks are my fav. Basil popcorn chicken is delish. The drinks? The best for me personally is royal honey peach tea with lychee jelly. You haven’t tried it? I don’t know what are you waiting for."

"Out of all the other t4 locations I've been to in Sac, this one has always been consistent with their drinks and boba throughout the years. Even with different workers they always make the same drink very good each time I get it. Their boba never misses. I've rarely had plain or hard boba from here. I usually get the mango royal tea with boba and it's so yummy every time I get it. Keep up the good work and never change how you make this drink pls!!!"

"recommended! the food & snack menu is a hit! a few items like the shrimp dumplings may have a 15-ish minute wait but they're sure to let you know if that's the case. the basil popcorn chicken is really good!! the milk tea is usually really good but occasionally tastes a little watery or "thin". my preference is milk tea with 50% sweetness and 30% ice. be careful not to let the drink sit too long or the melting ice will take over and the boba might get a bit hard. they have a decent amount of tables where you can sit and wait or choose to hang out :)"

"Overall one of the better boba shops in the Sacramento area. Highly recommend the milk tea, royal teas topped with cream and milk shakes. Not too much of a fan of the smoothies but this location has a great selection sure to accommodate any craving for a standard Taiwanese Tea Beverages. Other favorites include the grass jelly boba, lemon bomb and jadelite tea with cream. Their basil chicken and takoyaki balls are tasty too. Prices have become a little steep though as their specialty mango drink is priced at a whopping $8. A standard large drink with a topping runs close to $7-8 here as well."
