It was very good, featuring noticeable and pleasant hints of cinnamon. * Onion Rings: A definite 10 out of 10. They were fantastic both plain and, even better, when paired with the ranch dressing. * Specialty Salsa: This sauce, which we asked for on the side, was super delicious and packed with flavor. While it had a slight kick (a bit spicy for my personal taste), it was excellent overall. "Very good! The red chilaquiles, I dare say are the best I've tried in Monterey County and would easily put them up to comparison with the ones I tried in Mexico. I also had the chorizo omelet and the ratio of eggs to ingredients was perfect. My only complain is cut the bell peppers thinner. The canela coffee was amazing. I can't speak about the other food in the menu."
