"Me and my wife were there about an hour ago, and it was honestly the worst service we’ve experienced there. My wife kindly asked about a coffee that is usually sold out. The girl helping us said “no” with attitude. Moments later, she turned around and made that same drink for another customer who asked. When we returned and asked again, she rolled her eyes at us. I told her directly: “If I wasn’t paying for it, that would be a problem. But I am paying for it. And there’s no reason for eye rolls or attitude.” Then she switched to Spanish assuming we wouldn’t understand. We are Puerto Rican. We speak Spanish. Hearing disrespect behind our backs, in our language, was unprofessional and ugly. And when she finally made the drink—after all that? It was watered down. At that point, it would’ve been better for her to simply be honest and have someone else make it—someone who understands basic respect and customer service. This wasn’t just bad service. This was disrespect. This was discrimination hidden under attitude. And I’m calling it out. Because behavior like that needs to be corrected—not ignored."
