"I really like the Mexican Frappe, it's the reason why I come... But the customer service is bad, I can count the times I've had good customer service but usually when you see the little aesthetic young baristas, you know the service will be bad. They always want tips, I tip polite workers but if you're sassy, forget it....one time one didn't even spoke to me and looked over my screen to check if I'd leave a tip (I pressed no tip.) idk if this is their first job but they have bad customer service and need training. Beerded bean is a great place but they need to fix that problem. Today I went and we asked for a frappe, it was a little over an hour to closing time the girl looked at the blender made a very visibly annoyed face and proceeded to take our order. I'm guessing she didn't want to use the blender an hour before closing maybe? But she could have addressed that to us instead of giving us attitude, we would have changed our drinks... Idk coffee shops are a happy place for most of us, hoping for better vibes 🙏"

"Every time I come in they make my coffee and just leave it there without calling my name. I feel like this is purposeful when I don’t tip because they call out the other drinks. This is the third time this has happened and the little girls are just rude like learn some etiquette . Anyways to to brewjee instead !"

"Great place for a quick pitstop in downtown Salinas. Friendly personal with the great morning brews suggestions makes you feel homey. Open during the pandemic with outside seating. The only caveat is the restrooms are closed as per CDC orders. Enjoyed and will be back for more pleasant experience. Thank you."

Not too sweet but the perfect caffeine pick me up! The cranberry orange scones are to die for... and the morning crew is always friendly and FAST to whip out your drink!"
