"We came here and had the most amazing experience. The lounge is beautiful. The customer service is exemplary. They are polite and include you in the experience of figuring out what hookah you wanna smoke so that you have an unforgettable experience. The music is just loud enough to be Entertaining while allowing you to have conversation as well. It Is bar none, one of best lounges I've ever been to. If you are ever in San Francisco, I highly recommend that you visit this lounge. If you don't, you're definitely missing out on the experience of a lifetime."

The owner is taking care of his own business keeping his working area clean with all the tobaccos in separate clean boxes, great tobacco selections, great flavors and clean hookah, free tea, clean bathroom, drinks.
