"Better Buzz Coffee Roasters makes the best coffee compared to all other chains. I've tried Peet's, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, starbucks, Philz Coffee, and more. Better Buzz stands out with a clean, pure, rich coffee flavor. Better Buzz's food is always unique, refreshing, fun, and delicious. All baked goods taste fresh/moist every time. Every Better Buzz location I've been to is clean, comfortable, and decent service. The biggest drawback is their rewards system: all of my 2025 points were deleted. I spent over $200 in coffee/food, all points gone 01/01/2026. Additionally, all of offers earned last year were deleted. Not fair to the customer, a waste of money."

"I ordered a cold brew here with cold foam. The foam wasn't terrible but the coffee was too watered down to be called coffee anymore. One member of my party said the better breakfast sandwich was more bread than anything else. The other member of my party got a latte and feta avocado toast. She was not impressed with either. For what it costs, you're really better off going to Starbucks. This place is trying to coast on the fact it's cute inside and makes for good instagram pictures. Unfortunately the product is weak and costs too much for what it is."
