From the moment you walk up, you’re greeted by such a friendly, welcoming staff who genuinely care about your experience. The atmosphere is warm and positive, even in the middle of a busy mall, and it always feels like a bright spot in my day. The drinks are consistently delicious, and their açaí bowls are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made every time. You can really tell this location is well-managed—the team works efficiently while still being kind, upbeat, and attentive. It’s clear there’s a lot of pride put into what they do. Highly recommend stopping here for great coffee, amazing bowls, and outstanding service!"

"Overall experience at the new Better Buzz in the food court was good! Great service and good vibes when you walk in. The line went by much faster in comparison to their downstairs location. I gave a 3 star for food not cause the food wasn’t good, but I’m surprised they share the same food menu as their original location Would like to see some different food options, but I’d still walk to the food court for Better Buzz. Lina helped me out and she was the sweetest!"
