"I'd like to start off by saying the staff were attentive and polite. But, that being said, my drink was 90% ice. Two sips, and it was gone, and I ordered a large drink. Which makes me wonder if corporate is telling them to portion more ice to ingredients ratio. Put the two stars because the staff was nice and the flavor was there, but it was just stuffed with ice."

"I’m a loyal Better Buzz customer and usually have a great experience, but today I was extremely disappointed. I ordered two coffees and two OG Açaí Bowls with extra honey to go, as I was in a rush. I’ve ordered the same thing at least once a week for the past couple of years, but this time both bowls were missing granola, and the honey had a strange onion-like taste. Unfortunately, they were so unpleasant I had to throw them away. To make matters worse, I spent almost $35 on breakfast only to end up throwing all of it out. Then, while drinking my coffee, I found a chunk of something in it and had to spit it out. As someone who almost never has a bad experience at Better Buzz, today was truly a one-star experience."

"Drive thru is the way to go. We did go in the shop. Staff was super friendly and even gave us pup cups! I liked that you could pick the amount of ice and sweetness. The horchata latte was delicious!"

"walk-in is a joke. you don't talk to the people, you are directed to a machine that takes your order. I just wanted a coffee, I had to wait over 10 minutes because they force people to use their screen to take order and use their in-house app where everyone struggles with it - delaying the order and increasing the frustration - I could admire the car driving by be served faster than me. I wont come back."
