"First time visiting this location-great service, coffee was hot. I opted for the hazelnut divinity-large-hot. The hazelnut flavor was very light which for me was fine. The coffee was very hot- as coffee should be but use caution. This location was tucked away but had great curb presence and easy to find. As I left the area I saw another location that had a long line- glad I stopped at this one. Thanks for a great start to my day. I did order via drive thru but there is also a cute seating area out front and there appears to be some seating inside."

"Definitely has a “chain coffee” feel. Mocha Latte was meh-ok. The Feta Avocado Deluxe Toast was ok… they put mayo on it which was not for me. The tomatoes would be better if they were dressed in a little evoo and balsamic. I added a hard boiled egg and ask for salt to put on it, they don’t have salt and pepper…. What? The micro greens and feta were on point but I wish I would have just got a pastry, they looked really good. My husband said the brewed coffee was really good but his breakfast sandwich was just OK. The atmosphere was really cute! Overall just average place."

"I visited the PB Better Buzz to have my order remade after speaking with the Encinitas manager, and once again I had an amazing experience thanks to Keanu. I come to this location often, and every single time I’m here, Keanu stands out with his incredible customer service. He’s always genuine, friendly, and patient, and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He made the process so easy, even though the situation wasn’t something the PB store had been involved in originally. He handled everything with kindness and professionalism, and it reminded me why this location is my go-to. Keanu consistently brings such a positive energy to the store, and he’s truly in the right industry. I really appreciate how he and the team took care of me, especially during a busy holiday weekend. People like him are the reason I stay loyal to Better Buzz."

"The iced vanilla caramel latte drink was delicious, but my cup was more than 3/4 filled with ice so I didn't have much of a drink for my $6."

"I ordered a vanilla latte with extra light ice, but when I received it, the cup was full of ice. I politely asked the employee with short hair to remake it with less ice. The request was met with clear annoyance. Their monotone response and facial expression made it obvious that my request was a problem. Before asking for less ice, I had already taken a sip and the drink tasted perfect. After it was returned to me, in the same cup, it tasted noticeably more watered down. It felt like something was added just to make it look full, which was disappointing and unprofessional. This interaction left a very bad impression. A simple, reasonable request should not be treated like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Management should pay closer attention to how customers are treated and how drinks are handled."
