"Welcome to 92129! I dropped in and was glad to see all the buzz surrounding the grand opening of this location. Though there is tons of parking available it was a bit difficult earlier today. I should have used the drive thru but wanted to see the dining area. Lots of staff learning their duties and a glitch with the app didn't help their cause but they made it through the madness. Accommodating, friendly and welcoming. I'll be back for sure to enjoy more drinks and acai bowls. This location is ideal as it's literally off the freeway. Give them a try. Thank me later."

"i love better buzz, but this location genuinely makes me never want to come back. i went this morning (sunday) to get an iced coffee and sandwich, the minute i get to order the girl taking the order was very unenthusiastic, whatever it’s fine, my real problem was getting to the window and a girl with blue hair gives me my drink and says have a nice day, i tell her i got a sandwich too and she goes to grab it, a girl with pink hair comes back and damn near throws the sandwich in my car along with “here’s your sandwich, have a nice day” in the most condescending tone and dirtiest look. i get home, look at my sandwich to find it looks like it’s been strangled!! i genuinely wanted to cry cause ??? i never said anything to even provoke this kind of behavior and also almost 20$ in food and drink for this?? yeah pass."

"Better Buzz in PQ! Atmosphere is nice and clean. Food is delicious. I got a Turkey and Brie Croissant and Chill Crisp Wrap with avocado on the side- both were fire! The exclusive Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever is really good! Was not too sweet which I loved!"

"The staff here can be hit or miss — some are extremely friendly, while others feel a bit unwelcoming. I asked for a “for here” cup for my latte but was given a to-go cup instead, and when I asked again, I was told they don’t have dine-in cups. I also ordered an almond croissant, which was good. There are a few indoor tables and several outdoor ones, though the indoor space feels a bit cramped."

"I love the Better Buzz in Oceanside, near my work. So tried PQ near my home a few weekends ago. I was really disappointed when the drive through window person was extremely rude when she couldn't hear me. I am not super sensitive, but her tone made me not want to buy anything. When I did, they got the order wrong. This weekend, I decided to give PQ the benefit of the doubt, chalked it up to that person's bad day, and tried again. Well, it got worse. The drive through window started with "what do you want?" which admittedly put me on the defensive. I placed my order, and when I got it I made the point of tasting it because regular milk makes me sick and the oat milk detail often gets forgotten. I could tell immediately the order was wrong. When I said so, the woman helping me, said, no the order is right, no vanilla, no oatmilk. When I said, it doesn't taste right, she said "ok?..." (as if to say, what you do you want me to do about it?) I'm not a confrontational person, so I'll tell you now what I expected you to do about it was what Oceanside did when they got my order wrong: I didn't have to demand anything, they immediately remade my drink, (in a bigger size) and apologized profusely for the error. Rancho Pensqitos, I'm not coming back. It wasn't oatmilk today, my stomach immediately informed me. I have left both PQ visits upset and having to throw away both drinks wasting my time, my money, and energy on your horrible customer service. Consider training your drive-up window staff at the Oceanside location for the sake of the PQ community."
