"Big Island Buzz Coffee Co is a hidden gem on the north side of Ocean Beach! It’s my new go-to! With so many coffee shops in the area, their coffee is outstanding, smooth and delicious! It ships from the Big Island of Hawaii and ground fresh in house. I ordered the toasted coconut latte (comes with actual coconut flakes) and oat milk and drank it before I even got home. Since I was on foot, I turned around to go back and bought a bag of freshly ground coffee for myself. They have lots of yummy options for breakfast sandwiches, smoothies and more. It’s window service and there is a bell to ring on the left of the counter if no one is there when you arrive. There is a casual seating area outside with a picnic table and a few other tables. Dogs are welcome. Located by the roundabout off of West Point Loma Ave and Bacon Street… it is in the same building as Day Break Island Grill. If you are driving, there are city parking lots directly across the street on both corners. Be sure to say hello to Mika! She’s wonderful and creates an exceptional experience!"
