"Absolutely horrendous customer service. I waited 11 minutes without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment. There was only one person ahead of me, and one young lady working the counter. She took the other customer's order and began preparing it—but never once acknowledged me standing there. I've been to this place several times and never had an experience like this, so it was disappointing, to say the least. Maybe business is doing so well that customer service is no longer a priority. Either way, I won’t be returning anytime soon."
