"I am not a reviewer of things, but I travel the country for work and always appreciate finding a place that provides genuine, kind service and takes pride in the products they offer. I’ve had a lot of coffee, and a lot of coffee-shop sandwiches in every possible environment you can find. This one has a dog wall of fame, which makes me happy because I miss my dogs when I’m at work. Bonus points. The drip coffee here was solid, didn’t taste burned or smell like tap water - it was clean and hot and perfectly serviceable. Unremarkable in every way, as it should be. The ham and avocado sandwich - I’m not entirely sure what I was expecting, but it exceeded my expectations. This is not food that comes in a wrapper and gets tossed in a microwave, someone hand-made and grilled my sandwich while I waited, and they took pride in making it right. On top of that, it was priced reasonably. A rare treat in a world of overpriced microwave garbage fast food."

"Great new spot in Point Loma, had a drip coffee and got my wife a latte. Solid cup of Joe. They have açaí bowls and sandwiches! Said that all the meats were locally cooked. Looking forward to going back and trying more things!"

"My new favorite coffee shop! The banana bread latte is so good and they have a great variety of flavors I can’t wait to try. I also loved the matcha latte and açaí bowls. The staff is nice and helpful, they’re dog-friendly and parking is easy to find."

"I had the homemade whipped cream with my cold brew and it was amazing. The açaí is hands down the best quality around this area. We’ve come here about 5 times and each time the service is outstanding (very friendly crew), the order came out quick and the coffee is incredible. I’m so glad to have found this gem! They also put tables out front and it seems like a great place to work with a nice ambiance and some people watching"

"UNREAL & definitely worth checking out!! I stopped into the new Coronado Coffee in Point Loma and what an absolute GEM. The coffee and food were really good, and the service is fast and friendly. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. I also love that they’re dog-friendly and they were very welcoming to my pup, which is a huge plus. The place is clean, comfortable, and just has an easy, good vibe. I will for sure be back over and over!"
