"Heavenly Bodega is SUCH a gem!!! You can feel how much love and intention went into this place the second you walk in. It's BEAUTIFUL, cozy, and the kind of spot you immediately want to sit in longer than planned. The matcha is probably best I've had in the U.S, no exaggeration. So high quality and perfectly made every time. I've come here in the morning for coffee and a pastry and also at night for a glass of wine and charcuterie, and both experiences have completely exceeded my expectations. Not many places do mornings AND nights this well. They also have a little market shelf with the cutest, most thoughtfully curated selection. I haven't bought anything yet but I already love what they're carrying and will definitely be back for that too!! Could easily grab some yum bites and a great bottle of wine and head to Balboa Park. It's owned by a couple who actually lives in the neighborhood, which makes it feel even more special and personal. You can really feel the heart behind this place and how much they care about building community. Absolutely love this new addition to Bankers Hill!!! So excited to have this spot nearby and wishing them all the continued success. Already obsessed."

"Love this new spot! It truly lives up to its name. I tried the halloumi flatbread which was packed with flavors. I also fell in love with the cardamom latte. It’s a must try. They have a great selection of wines and beers. Overall, the food and service were incredible. The place itself is very cozy and welcoming, and I loved the outdoors area. Will definitely be coming back!!"

"Absolutely love Heavenly Bodega in Bankers Hill! I stopped in for a coffee and it immediately felt like one of those places you’re happy to discover and want to come back to. The space is warm, inviting and thoughtfully put together! The owners/ staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and you can really feel how much care they’ve poured into the business. There’s a genuine energy here— the kind of place where people are happy to be, and it shows in the atmosphere. I’ve personally only had coffee so far, but it was excellent! Beyond coffee, they also offer food, plus beer and wine, which makes it an easy spot to visit any time of day. Their hours are another huge plus. Being open from 6:30am to 10pm makes it incredibly convenient whether you’re stopping in early or winding down later in the evening. Heavenly Bodega feels like a true neighborhood gem. Great coffee, great people, and a space that adds something really special to Bankers Hill. Highly recommend!!"

"A much needed gem in the heart of the city. The selection of pastries and deli style offerings is impressive. I had the chicken salad sandwich and a croissant, both were excellent. It was a smidgen chilly the day I was there and they rolled over a space heater and brought blankets for our group while we enjoyed wine in the terrace. Definitely my new favorite spot!"
