from Google"Very cute little dessert and coffee shop. It was busy, but the baristas were quick. I came specifically because I saw their seasonal flavor was a Pistachio Foam latte, and I had to try it. I ordered it with oat milk and brown sugar, as they didn't have a pistachio syrup for the coffee itself. It was a very nice combination, and I was pleasantly surprised by the pistachio nut topping. The drink was very good 👍 I didn't get the sweets in the glass but oh man they looked gorgeous! Each slice of cake was a tower-sized portion, perfect for sharing. Overall, a very quaint cafe, great for a visit with friends or a date."
"Very tasty confections with good coffee. The place itself is nice and the cups are cute. Service is friendly and nice too. You can find a wide variety of sweets and confections, including, but not limited to, macros and cheesecakes, tiramisu, etc. On the drink side, they have put hot and cold drinks, and they have different types of coffee and flavored coffees, as well as matcha and other varieties of drinks."
"I was a bit flabbergasted by the way they handled my cheesecake. It was placed directly on the counter, rather than placed directly in the box. Though I'm sure they wipe down the surfaces, I wanted to ask to ensure the food was being handled properly, as I could see it right in front of me, right on the counter without anything underneath. When I asked the staff about this, she seemed to evade my question and let me know all of the cheesecakes are the same. I was a bit put off by this, so I inquired to another staff about this, and he explained that it was sanitary because all cakes have a parchment paper under it. Even if the cake was technically still sanitary, it was still a bit offputting that even after bringing up my concerns, it was explained that this was just the procedure at Hinar. I just felt that the cakes should have been placed directly in the box from the get-go, if not on a plate or napkin. Considering it was $12 per slice, and the place has a classy and aesthetic vibe, I just felt that this was very odd, and potentially still a little unsanitary. The prices are fairly high, and they don't explicitly disclose all of the charges. I noticed the dessert signs finally have price signs now, as when I went months ago there were no visible prices. For the drinks, the base price is listed, but the cost of syrup and foam is not disclosed, each being $0.75 extra. This is fine, but it would be nice if there was a small menu sign with prices for these add-ons. I'm not sure I would go back. The matcha was just alright, and the cheesecake tasted similar to other shops nearby (which would be for less of the cost). I would say you're paying for the atmosphere, as long as you don't look at what is happening on the counter."
"I was passing by and see the place and get some Americano and I like the taste. The inside store looks very nice design. It’s not like every place, there is some unique character. The service was good and even though it was busy when I visited, it was still fast. It’s clean, looks cozy and comfy. I definitely recommend you try if you pass by or living around here."
"My friend and I came in to check it out. The menu is limited for coffee and food. I ordered their special Orange Blossom latte to try. It was good though a bit on the sweet side for me. I also ordered the Turkey and cheese croissant too. It was okay. Just not very flavorful. So many great reviews of this place. Maybe I need to try one of their desserts and give them another try on a later visit. It was busy on a weekday morning. We took the last table available inside the loud restaurant. There is no additional seating outside."
