"I got the Vietnamese breakfast banh mi which had eggs and Chinese sausage in it. The baguette was fresh with a good crunch but also fluffy. Really yummy! The Vietnamese coffee was good and not too sweet. Also tried the matcha tea which had really nice flavors and a good vibrant green color to it. I am super picky with matcha and usually am disappointed but this one is actually good!"

"Stopped by to grab a pandan cà phê sữa đá, a cà phê muối , and a smoked brisket bánh mì. The coffees were GREAT, especially the pandan one and they were not too sweet!! The bánh mì was a 4/5, a little bit too salty but balanced once you get a bite of the đồ chua and cucumbers. I could taste some soy sauce that I’d probably recommend they leave out, it tastes kinda weird with the brisket (which is already super well seasoned). The only thing I really didn’t like was the baguette itself :( it was way too thin and not crunchy. It honestly felt like bánh mì fillings/toppings inside a dutch roll 😭 my brothers in christ, from a Vietnamese sister, pleeeeease work on the baguette recipe. You’re so close!!! Service was phenomenal (Andrew had great vibes) and I’ll be coming back regularly for the coffee :). EDIT 1/27: Just saw the owners’ response to my review and I love how these guys are so committed to improving and giving folks the best experience. Kudos for keeping an open mind and being awesome about receiving constructive feedback!!"
