"The pink drink doesn’t taste like pink drink at regular starbucks places. 3/4 of the cup is ice. Another customer in front of me asked for less ice and they charge an extra dollar for more liquid to replace the ice volume. I have never heard such policy at starbucks. Starbucks should really consider withdrawing partnership with this Macy Cafe."

"1 STAR!! If I could give zero, I would. Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience of my life. I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 10 yrs and never have I seen a location operate like this. The staff here were unbelievably rude and dismissive. I ordered an iced latte with no ice (something I’ve gotten at Starbucks for a decade with zero issue). Kathryn the staff told me they would charge extra because they have to replace the ice volume with more liquid. That is absolutely not Starbucks policy. I agreed to have the drink filled to the 3/4 line instead. But when the drink came, it was half full. Literally half. I told her this wasn’t what she said, and she just snapped back that “this is what I told you.” It felt like a scam. I told her I didn’t want the drink and asked for a refund. She told me to go stand in the insanely long line AGAIN. After I had already wasted half an hour waiting the first time. Completely ridiculous. I asked for a manager. I waited another 30 minutes for the Macy’s manager to finally show up. She walked in with zero apology, zero interest, and zero professionalism. She barely let us speak and just pushed us off to a Macy’s checkout to process a refund. The attitude was unreal. This Macy’s cafe is rude, unprofessional, and operates with shady practices that absolutely do not reflect Starbucks standards. Starbucks should seriously reconsider its partnership with this Macy’s cafe. Customers deserve better than this. Avoid this place at all costs."

I understand that things gets busy and we come across with a complicated customers but the girl on the counter was not professional at all. Me: hi can I get a lavender Her: what?! We don't do that here. Obviously she doesn't know how to say it right and other location do have lavender latte. She need to get trained how to have a proper conversation. No wonder this location has 2 star"

"This is my first time going to this Starbucks location. I ordered a grande no ice sweet black tea. The person on register charged me for extra syrup for my black tea even though I didn’t ask for extra. And I got charged extra for asking for no ice?! I was told it’s because “since there’ll be no ice, there’ll be more product.” They weren’t even that busy and there was no greeting, didn’t ask for my name, didn’t announce my drink when ready… And I know Starbucks baristas get trained to shake the shaker 10x before pouring the drink into a cup. But the person on bar didn’t; I had to ask to get it shaken and it seemed like I was asking for too much, not even a “sure” or “okay,” response from the person on bar just turned around and shook the shaker just 4 times... I took a sip of my sweetened black tea but it tasted more like pineapple black tea. Obviously the person on bar didn’t properly rinse out the shaker before use. As a former Starbucks barista, this visit was very disappointing. I took pride in making drinks and ensuring customers felt welcomed and read out their order to them. Overall, I think this location needs to do some more training to be more professional and become better at communicating with their customers. Because who would want to go back if they had a bad experience?"
