What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I really wanted to like this place — it looks quaint, boutique, and charming from the outside, but the experience was the exact opposite. The coffee tasted like a basic Starbucks brew at best: extremely hot, bland, no flavor, and no latte art. The barista seemed to prioritize speed over quality, letting the milk steam way too long, which resulted in a burnt, unpleasant drink. I couldn’t even finish mine and ended up throwing it away. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich, but it tasted like something you could grab from any grocery store and have heated up. Nothing fresh, nothing special. The patio looked cute at first glance, but even there the small details fell flat — fake plants, a general feeling of cheapness. The location doesn’t help either, right off the freeway and near the airport, with not much atmosphere around it."
"This is a boutique coffee stop that delivers stellar quality coffee, et. al. Their chai latte is bar none, no syrups!! We highly recommend."
"夭壽難喝!Went to this café today and it was honestly one of the most disappointing coffee experiences I’ve ever had. First, they misheard “oat milk” as “almond milk.” I ordered the seasonal special Gingerbread Man and literally saw them pour what looked like half a cup of water into my coffee — it was unbelievably watery and bad. We told them about it and they remade it, but the new one was just as terrible. I also ordered a Matcha Strawberry, and it was equally awful — super diluted and flavorless. Out of the three drinks we got, they messed up two, which is kind of impressive in itself. The only one they didn’t ruin was the iced Americano — and honestly, if they had managed to mess that up too, that would’ve been another level. Definitely not coming back."
"A super fun, very cute, but dedicatedly good coffee shop, tucked away on the end of little italy. This is more of a coffee pick up spot than lounge. though they do have a small patio. Their curtado is on point, and probably one of the top three in San Diego. It is a great place on a early weekend morning for a cup of something decent. Haven't tried thier pastries yet, but am planning to return. Great service, fun little place that really delivers."
"Came in and asked if they had everything bagels, she said yes but the oven is off and can't toast it. I said fine. She makes my mocha & brings me my pastry. Then tells me she has no cream cheese & have a great day. I spent $6 on a cold bagel, doesn't seem right. I come here often and I'm used to them running out of things or the sub par coffee drinks because of proximity to my house but I'm over it. better coffee & better food & better service elsewhere at a more reasonable price."
"Ohhhh those days you find unexpected cute coffee shops! Another beauty for the collection. This petite coffee shop has an amazing patio with a huge tree..."
