"Most of the employees here are amazing, friendly/kind. I’m giving 5 stars all across because of them, there’s only one employee though who consistently does a poor job in all these above. Please see the pic attached of my breakfast sandwich from yesterday morning made by Alicia (I won’t buy here again when she’s working, consistently the same bad service with her), and no she wasn’t busy. I was the only person there ordering food at the time, no one else waiting. My only item ordered was burned and to top it off salty as well."

"Yummy desserts at Parfait Paris! The yuzu & lemon tart is a great sweet treat and we enjoyed the pistachio, chocolate, and cookies and cream flavored gelato. The staff were nice and the ordering process was quick. Nice dessert option in Fashion Valley."

"While the food is decent, their services can be unkind and their menu inaccurate. The lady insisted that we check their holiday hours on the door, but it was opened all the way, so you can only see their hours backward. I could hardly see anything. This was really shocking given that no one else was in the store and they interrupted our conversation (we were discussing what we wanted) to see if we need help. After we read the hours and came back to the store, she ignored us so we left. We’ve ordered savory crepes before and they tasted decent but no napkins were provided. They should also update their menu. They don’t serve galettes at all, only crepes."
