He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without hovering. The food and atmosphere were already on point, but Diego’s energy really elevated the whole visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests having a great time. If you stop by Skybound, hope you’re lucky enough to be taken care of by him. Five stars, no notes."
