"Cashier was a put out by having to do her job. I spent over $30. There was another person there. He made my sandwich. He put old lettuce on it. I had to take it off. I received a reward after I finished my purchase. I decided to use it. Their affogatto was $8. I know it was a free reward drink, but I gave $2 tip. She gave me this pathetic looking thing. It was supposed to be 2 scoops of ice cream and 2 shots poured over. It had 2 small teaspoons of ice cream with the coffee, and a biscoff cookie on top. The cookie was bigger than what was in the rest of the cup. SMH. Never coming back. Total waste of money and time. I miss West Bean."

"I love that this supports the fight against human trafficking. The coffee is incredible. The roasters know what they are doing. I had a cappuccino and ended up buying a bag of beans. The cinnamon roll was the perfect amount of sweet to balance the coffee. The staff was very friendly. Dogs were welcome inside and out. Just loved this coffee shop. It is now a locked in part of my weekly Costco run."

"I’ve been going to the WestBean location in Banker’s Hill for years, and I’m super happy this company decided to open a new location on Morena near Clairemont and Pacific Beach. They do all their beans in-house, and the quality definitely shines through. I love their espresso! This isn’t necessarily a place to come for breakfast, as their offerings are very limited when it comes to food, but definitely a top-notch purveyor of coffee! This location has a good amount of seating, Wi-Fi, and a nice vibe. It’s also not too crowded. Not a bad spot to hangout and work for a couple hours if need be. Definitely recommend this new WestBean location! Be sure to have a card on you, or some 5s and 1s, as they don’t carry cash on location."
