from Google & Yelp"We absolutely loved this ice cream shop! We stayed in San Diego for 3 days and went there twice. The portions are HUGE! We ordered « split scoops », and it was the equivalent of about 6 regular scoops. The flavors are excellent – it’s some real, creamy ice cream, not some water folles stuff. If I ever come back to San Diego, I’ll definitely stop by again!"
"Not my cup of tea but there are some decent options for you dads that end up here. Try cookie Monstah and Island Crunch. Cool ambiance, chill vibe, kid friendly, and very generous serving sizes."
"We’ve been to the Craft Creamery a number of times and have enjoyed their delicious ice cream varieties. On our last two visits (including today) though, they had no cone options—only cups. Today, the young lady behind the counter reluctantly said she was the only server (like the last one) and just didn’t have time to make them. Needless to say, I was surprised. In both cases, that wasn’t the response I expected. Over 40 years ago, I scooped ice cream in my first job. In that job and others I subsequently held, we were fully prepared by the time we opened to simply offer what we sold. Lately, that doesn’t seem to be the case with Craft Creamery. I much prefer ice cream in a cone—and so do my g-kids. If your staff doesn’t have enough time to make them, it might be time to purchase them instead—and always have them on hand at least."
"Notice the good reviews are mostly from years ago. I’m not sure what happened - we used to love this place when it had craft ice cream from boutique brands - now it’s basic ice cream packaged as “craft.” At first they told us they were having problems with their supply change and then … nothing. So strange."
"I absolutely loved the flavors! The deal—4 cups for $12—is perfect for families with kids. Coconut and mango are my personal favorites, and they’re simply amazing!"
"My buddies and I came here because the wait for our food at a nearby restaurant was going to be around 40 minutes. One of my friends mentioned there was an..."
