"The most judgmental rude and mean people I have ever come across that's literally were demanding violently and aggressively money from me if I don't get off the property despite the fact that it says hostile in their front yard or on the property with Gates wide open and stuff laying all over in public. Treating me like a homeless person when literally you are traveling you are homeless and that's exactly why you need a hostile and I was sincerely inquiring about prices to be really yelled at and threatened violently physically by force to be giving them money and for the police to be called absolutely ridiculous Stay away. Literally said do you think they would even accept you just being downright hurtful for no reason"

"I initially came to this hostel as a volunteer, but I loved it so much that I decided to stay longer! This was my first solo trip and not once did I feel alone. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and vibrant, making it easy to feel at home right away. The Host Andy is very friendly. I’ve met some incredible people from all over the world and made so many friends. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the grocery store, public transportation, coffee shops, thrifts stores, restaurants and more. Overall, this hostel offers an amazing experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, it's a community that you won't want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay."

"I loved Hostel california, it's a unique place in San Diego! With young vibe and happy, everyone is so kind there and always open to help you. It is very good located, close to supermarkets, has good public transport and many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The manager is a very nice person, he is relax but so kind!
